In a nutshell, Bold and Busted LLC provides IT services. However, what that means to customers is much broader.I offer two basic approaches to the service we provide for our customers. For customers who require immediate, focused assistance, they can take advantage of Triage Work. Triage Work is narrowly scoped, focusing on only the immediate problem. For example, say a customer cannot print to their printer. I can take a narrow look at the problem at hand, and do what it takes to get them printing again. With experience, however, the savvy customer may opt for a more comprehensive approach. In the previous example, the customer had a problem printing to a printer, but may have been having this problem along with other issues, such as spotty Internet availability, pop-ups within their computer browsers claiming to have "found" a virus, and problems sharing documents with other users and people outside the organization. They also might be faced with a always-slow Internet connection.

While customers could certainly go for a Triage Work fix, the better method may be a 3 to 6 month Comprehensive "IT Reboot". A Comprehensive "IT Reboot" is a method, honed by experience, which can not just fix individual issues as they appear, but solve fundamental problems affecting the customer's network and systems. Customers may not be getting the full value out of their IT environment. A Comprehensive IT "Reboot" can help them maximize their investment, and secure their network against problems. It can also give your IT environment more "headroom" to add additional valuable services to help you derive more worth from additional software to better handle their tasks and missions.
