What is "Triage Work"?

Bold and Busted, LLC's Triage Work is akin to IT fire-fighting, sometimes known as "break-fix". Douse the flames, and the customer can get on with their work for another day.

 

A great way to get started with my services is to request Triage Work. Triage Work is work that a customer requests to fix a very specific problem. It is a problem whose resolution is very narrowly scoped. Some typical example are, "We can't print!", or "The Internet is down!", or "I can't launch Excel!", or "This computer won't start!", or "The server is down!", or "We've got viruses!". While these issues are frustrating for the customer, my extensive experience with IT makes these issues easily manageable, and my diligent approach to documentation begins to create a "paper trail" of your IT issues that can be used to frame an "IT Reboot".

 

Triage Work is a small but important part of the service I offer, but it is a service gladly provided, and a great way to see the smart methods employed to fix even the simplest of IT problems.
